# Nolus Protocol

> Nolus is a DeFi protocol for capital-efficient spot margin trading with fixed interest rates and a novel lease-based leverage model. Built on Cosmos, with cross-chain support via IBC. The Nolus DeFi Lease provides up to 150% financing on the initial investment with a lowered margin call risk, inspired by traditional lease products.
